We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the wrong product was sent or the item has manufacturing defects.
Eligible Returns
- Returns are only accepted if you receive an incorrect or defective product.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer keeps the defective product and will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
