Política de reembolso

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The incorrect item is delivered.

If your order is affected by either of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Include a photo of the item showing the issue and your order number, and we will work to resolve the situation by either issuing a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing will begin, and cancellations or changes will no longer be possible.

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
